Pure Water Preheating Cabinet is a critical subsystem in wet cle-aning equipment, primarily used to ensure process stability and energy efficiency. It utilizes a heat exchange system to raise the temperature of deionized water (DI water) to a preset level (e.g., around 80℃)and directly delivers it to the internal process tanks of the equipment.The system can dynamically adjust the flow ra-te parameters based on the actual volume of the internal proce-ss tanks to precisely meet process requirements.

? Heat Source Design: It employs an infrared heating tube heating system that indirectly raises the tempera-ture of the pure water through an electrically heated medium, avoiding direct contact contamination.

? Water Tank Design: The tank is made of high-purity quartz material, ensuring high cleanliness with no par-ticle or metal element release, and high heating efficiency.

? Water Supply Pump Design: It utilizes a fully PTFE-material pneumatic pump, which is free from contamin-ation release and can withstand long-term high-temperature operation.

? Valve Design: The valves are made of fully PFA-material pneumatic valves, also free from contamination rel-ease and capable of long-term high-temperature operation.

? Insulation Layer Design: It adopts a double-layer insulation design consisting of an externally wrapped ins-ulation cotton and an insulation layer, minimizing heat loss.
